“I was a carnivore, a meat-eater. I couldn’t stop myself ever. I would always take more than the extra plate. Being on a diet killed me. I couldn’t see myself as someone constantly having to take care of my food intake. I dropped the diet several times. Made me feel horrible again. And after a couple of surgeries, I finally wised up. Took the advice of the patient advocate I like what I eat today, I tastes great. I took the effort to find food that really appealed to me. I spend my days cooking healthy stuff. It’s even a bit creative. I’m back on the right track.”
