Eligibility

  • Applicant is not required to be a patient of Ethical Factor Rx, but you are required to have an eligible diagnosis.
  • Family members of diagnosed persons are not eligible.
  • Applicant must be a resident of the United States of America.
  • All scholarship funds must be used for furthering the education of the recipient through a college, university, or vocational school within The United States of America.
  • Applicant must already be accepted to a college, university, or vocational program for the 2021-22 school year. If selected you will be required to submit a recent transcript and will be interviewed by the scholarship committee.
  • Applicant must be willing to allow their submitted information to be made public in the event that they are selected for a scholarship.
  • Applicant must meet academic achievement standards.

Information

  • Applications will be accepted from eligible candidates until August 15, 2021.
  • Applications will be reviewed by a scholarship committee, and announcements will be made after decisions have been reached.
  • Please note that while we accept applicants in a variety of fields of study and career paths, preference will usually be given to applicants with a trajectory in STEM [science, technology, engineering, mathematics] related studies. This is not always the case, however, and falls to the discretion of the committee which reviews each application and their individual circumstances and qualifications.
